Front Counter Associate
Schedule: Seasonal May – September
Tasks – This is a fun, versatile position!
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Answer phones
- Greet and assist customers
- Perform price checks
- Complete sales transactions
- Enter sales receipts
- Run credit card transactions
- Ability to operate a cashier till
- Load landscape and aggregate materials for customers
- Assist with groundskeeping duties during summer months
- If the need arises, run parts
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements –
- Experience with Microsoft Office (experience with Google Platforms a plus)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
- Detail-oriented and able to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team and suggest improvements to various processes
- Skilled and confident in operating a bobcat
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Must be able to work some Saturdays
