Class A Truck Driver
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Complete trucking slips throughout the day
- Follow orders dispatched or communicated to you
- Complete daily Pre- and Post-trip inspections on your truck; report any needed repairs
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License (Class A/CDL)
- Valid DOT Health Card
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- Detail oriented
- Able to work independently with flexibility
- Able to communicate effectively within a team atmosphere

Heavy Equipment Operator
$1000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Possess a fundamental understanding of construction
- Ability to operate a Skid Steer, Backhoe, Bulldozer, Excavator, and Front-End Loader
- Grease, oil, and do daily maintenance of equipment
- Carry and load materials to be used on the job
- Follow all company safety policies and practices
- Report any equipment repairs needed
- Light repair and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Assist in hauling equipment to and from the job site
- Clean up and restore the work area
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Education and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License (Class A Driver’s License (CDL) Preferred)
- Valid DOT Health Card
- Heavy Equipment Operations: Minimum 5 years of experience (Required)

Heavy Equipment and Truck Mechanic
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and repairing heavy equipment, farm equipment, and company vehicles
- Grease, oil, and do daily maintenance of equipment
- DOT Semi’s and Trailers
- Major repair work such as clutches, rear-ends, transmission swaps, brakes, etc.
*All major engine work will be outsourced - Report broken or faulty equipment as appropriate
- Work may be in a shop and/or field
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Education and Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Heavy Equipment Mechanics Certification
- DOT Certified & Valid DOT Health Card
- Valid Driver’s License (Class A Driver’s License (CDL) Preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 5 years experience as Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- Willing to work long hours if required
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the job
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift heavy parts
